Hebrew Words Christians Should Know Part 4: Barakh

Updated: Jun 18

It is a blessing to put in a good word for someone, particularly someone whom society neglects or judges. It is a blessing to advocate on someone’s behalf, particularly the powerless. It is a blessing to speak good words to someone who may not appreciate how beloved and valuable he or she is.

Psalm 103: 1-5, 19-22; Gen. 12:1-4
