About the Event
Think you know everything there is to know about Jesus' familiar parables about the Kingdom of God like the Sower, the Good Samaritan, and the Prodigal Son? You might be surprised!
In this Lenten series, Pastor Elizabeth and Parish Associate Dottie LaPenta will lead participants in exploring these and other parables with fresh eyes by means of a series of movie shorts which put the parables into modern settings. Funny, thought-provoking and inspiring, this series will have you thinking about Jesus' core teachings in a whole new way.
Join us, Wednesday nights, February 25th - March 25th in Fellowship Hall. Come for homemade soup, bread, and good conversation at 6 pm and stay for class at 6:30 - 7:30 pm.
