New Event: Monty Python's "Life of Brian" Discussion!

“He’s not the Messiah. He’s a very naughty boy.” Brian is a young man who was born in a stable the same night Jesus was born. He joins an independence movement against the Romans trying to impress a woman. This leads to a run in with Jesus, a series of misadventures, and ultimately people confusing Brian with the Messiah. 

After worship (noon), you are invited to Fellowship Hall to revisit some key scenes from this entertaining and thought-provoking Monty Python class, with Adult Ed. Elder Ian Wright. Participants will enjoy pizza, view selections from the movie, and discuss what we can learn about the world and our faith from these scenes. (You are not required to watch the entire movie before the class in order to participate. But if you would like to it is available from the Anne Arundel County Public Library and various streaming…
