“Do you know how to count down to Christmas properly?” Granny May asked Alex as she stared at the jar. Alex shook her head solemnly, “No.”


"That’s OK. I will help you. Every day, we are going to write down the blessings in our lives that made that day special, and put them in this jar. When we have 25 days-worth of blessings from each of us in there, then it will be Christmas Day.”
