When the Best of Intentions Create the Worst Witness

The Kingdom of God was never intended to be a political kingdom human beings built through force. The Kingdom which Jesus proclaimed in his day was “already at hand” or “nearby” was a spiritual realm created within and between people by the grace of God and the work of the Spirit. It was a kingdom that became visible when people loved one another as Jesus loved them.
